You determine the maintenance schedule and the printing equipment to be included in the program that will meet the needs of your organization. Heartland will schedule according to your needs, whether it be on a monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual basis and will track all activities. Additionally, the printer maintenance program offers scheduling priority in emergency service situations. Heartland stocks a number of commonly used maintenance parts to have your printing equipment working as quickly as possible.

A Preventative Maintenance Call Provides For:

Each covered printer will be cleaned of dirt and debris that builds up during the normal operation of the unit, inspected for worn or damaged parts, and tested for printer performance and print quality. *Upon your approval, worn or damaged parts will be replaced for an additional fee.
