Heartland Business Systems acquires the assets of Elite Audio Video Security Corporation, enhancing service offerings.

We are excited to announce that on December 17, 2018, Heartland Business Systems, LLC (“HBS”) entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Elite Audio Video Security Corporation (“Elite”), a regional leader in audio visual and surveillance services.  The addition of Elite and its service offerings aligns with HBS’s vision of accelerating innovation that enables digital enterprise.
 
Not only will this acquisition benefit HBS by expanding our existing audio-visual conferencing, security, and digital media system design and installation services; Elite’s customers will benefit from the additional technology services and offerings HBS provides to clients throughout the Midwest. Support, Security, and Collaboration Services are only a few of the many business productivity offerings that may be of interest to our new clients.
 
Elite, a Milwaukee based company founded in 2008, opened in response to the growing need for audio visual and security systems expertise in Southeastern Wisconsin. Elite has built and maintained a significant market share of A/V and Security Solutions for Bars, Restaurants, Churches and more throughout Wisconsin.
