Come and join our energetic Customer Enablement team!  The Client Coordinator is a position responsible for promoting efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the Consulting Team, along with supporting a positive customer experience which consists of 200+ Microsoft Dynamics GP customers. This position requires attention to detail, and ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.

Essential Functions

  • Project coordination by tracking project changes to budget or scope, reviewing timeline, and coordinating resources throughout HBS
  • Understand and quote Microsoft Dynamics GP and related licensing
  • Sales support by assembling, proofreading and monitoring proposals (or opportunities) through pipeline
  • Support maintenance of licensing renewals through pricing acquisition, quoting, delivery, and documentation
  • Maintain internal systems with customer contact information and product details
  • Support customer-specific email campaigns

Skills & Abilities

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in business pereferred or fluent in business terminology and office terminology
  • Experience: Customer service/customer relations and administrative support (required)
  • Experience: Project coordination experience (preferred)
  • Computer Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel; working knowledge of Excel formulas and charting (required)
