This position will join the growing Business Productivity practice as the Integration Lead within our Dynamics 365 group. As the Integration Lead, this role will explore new and emerging technologies within the Dynamics 365 for Sales, Power Apps, and overall Microsoft suite of tools. The typical clients represent small to mid-size companies who are looking to leverage Dynamics 365 for Sales and/or Power Apps to optimize their Microsoft investment. A successful candidate will be able to gracefully transition between multiple clients in a single day with excellent communication and organization skills. Quick wit and a healthy dash of quirkiness is a bonus!
 


Essential Functions

A high-performing, highly successful candidate will work with a variety of clients and businesses, focusing, but not limited to the following functions:
  • Dedicate time to researching, evaluating, and integrating new technologies related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Dynamics 365 for Sales, Business Central, Power Apps, and the broader suite of Microsoft productivity applications)
  • Build proof of concept integration solutions to vet third party applications, validate customer requirements, and quickly evaluate potential solutions
  • Build subject matter expertise on the eOne SmartConnect tool and use it to deliver exceptional on premises to cloud CRM migrations as well as best in class integration points.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities including meeting prospective clients; use your expertise to highlight how Microsoft technologies can solve everyday problems. Follow-on presales activities include solution design, proposal writing, and project estimating.
  • Delight clients by delivering Microsoft-based solutions that simplify their business processes
  • Publish internal and external blog articles related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Dynamics 365 for Sales, Power Apps, Business Central, and the broader suite of Microsoft productivity applications)
  • Build lasting customer relationships based on exceptional customer service and support, best in class solution quality, and open and honest communication
  • Share, build, and follow team quality processes in projects and support activities
  • Engage actively and openly in relevant user groups to build your own skillset as well as the HBS brand in the marketplace
  • Swarm to the work in any other area in need of your expertise, opinion, and engagement – Microsoft is moving fast, and you will be a key to helping our team keeping up with the latest features and recommendations

Skills & Abilities

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or university) in business or related IT discipline preferred
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years’ professional experience in a Sales or Marketing function leveraging a CRM tool
    • Experience with needs analysis, software evaluation and selection, customization, and implementation
    • Previous experience utilizing Inogic plug-ins, Scribe, SmartConnect, CRM Workflow, Microsoft Power Automate, PowerShell, SSRS, FetchXML, and/or KingswaySoft a bonus
  • Computer Skills:
    • Experience with CRM tools required
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2013, 2015, and/or Online), preferred
  • Certifications & Licenses:
    • Active certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM, a plus
