This position will join the growing Business Productivity practice, supporting existing customers who have partnered with HBS to maximize their Microsoft investment in both Office and Dynamics365. A successful candidate will be able to gracefully transition between multiple clients in a single day with excellent communication and organization skills. Quick wit and a healthy dash of quirkiness is a bonus!

Essential Functions

A rock star CRM/Dynamics365 Engineer will work with a variety of clients and businesses, focusing, but not limited to the following functions:
  • Support pre-sales activities by estimating project work for prospective clients.
  • Delight clients by delivering Microsoft-based solutions that simplify their business processes
  • Publish internal and external blog articles related to Microsoft CRM applications (CRM, Dynamics365, Business Central, and the broader suite of Microsoft productivity applications)
  • Troubleshoot issues in client environments to provide excellent customer service and proactive issue resolution, when possible for O365 and CRM applications, including CRM, Dynamics365, Business Central, and the broader suite of Microsoft productivity applications
  • Communicate clearly with team members and project managers on outstanding tasks, key deliverables, and prioritization of work.
  • Build lasting customer relationships based on exceptional customer service and support, best in class solution quality, and open and honest communication
  • Share, build, and follow team quality processes in projects and support activities
  • Engage actively and openly in relevant user groups to build your own skillset as well as the HBS brand in the marketplace
  • Swarm to the work in any other area in need of your expertise, opinion, and engagement

Skills & Abilities

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or university) in business or related IT discipline preferred
  • Experience:
    • 1+ years’ professional IT experience designing, building and implementing enterprise applications with focus on CRM and productivity / collaboration technologies
    • Experience with configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM including security, organizations and business units entities, forms, workflows, reports, customizations, and integrations
  • Computer Skills:
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, 2015, and Online; experience with Plugins and Web Resource development, preferred
  • Certifications & Licenses:
    • Active certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM, Office 365, SharePoint a plus
