E-Bill FAQ

This page provides step-by-step guidance and answers to common questions about using E-Bill Express, including how to enroll, make payments, log in, and recover your account. Whether you’re a first-time user or need help with a specific issue, this FAQ is designed to make managing your billing experience simple and secure.

  1. Go to E-Bill Express 
  2. Click “Click Here to Enroll” if you don’t have a Login ID
  3. Fill in the required fields and click “Validate
  4. Enter your phone number, email address, and primary address (if prompted), then click “Continue to Login & Password
  5. Choose a Login ID and password, select a security image and label, and set up your security questions. Click “Continue to Terms of Service
  6. Agree to the Terms of Service and click “Continue to Payment Accounts
  7. Enter your payment account information under the Default Payment Method tab, agree to the terms (if applicable), and click “Finish Enrollment
  8. Check your email and click the “Activate” link to complete enrollment
  1. Visit E-Bill Express
  2. Click the “Make a One-Time Payment” tab 
  3. Fill in the required fields and click “Make a One-Time Payment” 
  4. Please note: Payments may take 2-3 business days to process and appear 
  1. Go to E-Bill Express
  2. Enter your login credentials and click “Login” 
  3. If prompted, enter your phone number, email and primary address, then click “Continue to Login & Password
  4. Select the invoices you want to pay, adjust the payment amount if needed, choose your payment method and date, then click “Continue to Payment” 
  5. Confirm your payment details and click “Make Payment
  6. A confirmation page will appear. You can then click “Return to Pay my Bills” or “Log Out” 
  7. Payments may take 2-3 business days to process 
  • On the login page, click “Forgot Your Login ID” or “Password Help
  • An email will be sent to your registered email address with recovery instructions. 
  • Passwords are case-sensitive. After three incorrect attempts, your account will be locked. 
  • Click “Contact Us” at the bottom of the E-Bill portal for assistance
