E-Bill FAQ
This page provides step-by-step guidance and answers to common questions about using E-Bill Express, including how to enroll, make payments, log in, and recover your account. How do I enroll in E-Bill?
- Go to E-Bill Express
- Click “Click Here to Enroll” if you don’t have a Login ID
- Fill in the required fields and click “Validate“
- Enter your phone number, email address, and primary address (if prompted), then click “Continue to Login & Password“
- Choose a Login ID and password, select a security image and label, and set up your security questions. Click “Continue to Terms of Service“
- Agree to the Terms of Service and click “Continue to Payment Accounts“
- Enter your payment account information under the Default Payment Method tab, agree to the terms (if applicable), and click “Finish Enrollment“
- Check your email and click the “Activate” link to complete enrollment
How do I make a one-time payment (Quick Pay)?
- Visit E-Bill Express
- Click the “Make a One-Time Payment” tab
- Fill in the required fields and click “Make a One-Time Payment”
- Please note: Payments may take 2-3 business days to process and appear
How do I log in and make a payment?
- Go to E-Bill Express
- Enter your login credentials and click “Login”
- If prompted, enter your phone number, email and primary address, then click “Continue to Login & Password“
- Select the invoices you want to pay, adjust the payment amount if needed, choose your payment method and date, then click “Continue to Payment”
- Confirm your payment details and click “Make Payment“
- A confirmation page will appear. You can then click “Return to Pay my Bills” or “Log Out”
- Payments may take 2-3 business days to process
What if I forgot my Login ID or password?
- On the login page, click “Forgot Your Login ID” or “Password Help“
- An email will be sent to your registered email address with recovery instructions.
What should I do if I'm locked out of my account?
- Passwords are case-sensitive. After three incorrect attempts, your account will be locked.
- Click “Contact Us” at the bottom of the E-Bill portal for assistance
