Heartland Business Systems (“HBS”), LLC, a Midwest leader in information technology, welcomes Lisa Draves to the Business Consulting Team.

HBS’s Business Consulting Team is a dedicated group of individuals whose experience crosses all functional areas and industries. Our Business Consultants serve as a catalyst for change and facilitator of business process innovation for clients.  

Lisa Draves joins us as a Senior Business Consultant specializing in delivering complex initiatives, using traditional and agile methodologies, in support of business outcomes.  She joins the organization with over 20 years of IT leadership experience from Schneider National and Thrivent Financial. Her program management, project management and business analyst leadership experience will enhance HBS’s reputation of delivering positive business outcomes for our clients.  The organization is excited to bring her experience of co-chairing the Women’s Leadership Network to HBS.
