Do co-managed IT services replace our team?

No. Co-managed IT services exist specifically for organizations that have an IT team and want to keep them on staff. If replacing the IT team were the goal, Fully Managed IT services would be a better fit.

How do we divide responsibilities?

We'll work this out together. We define roles and responsibilities at the start of every Co-Managed engagement. We'll identify what your team wants to own, where they'd like support, and when you might need specialized expertise.

Can you work with our existing tools and environment?

We always assess your current environment so we can plug in where and how it makes the most sense for you. In some cases, we might recommend a new platform that HBS has vetted as a superior option and has built specific tools and processes to support. We'll also work alongside your team to help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, security and performance where appropriate.
