Clients will receive an assessment and proof of value (POV) to build new AI‑powered applications or modernize existing applications using the Azure Application Platform, managed database services, and/or Azure AI services. As part of this engagement, HBS applies Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well‑Architected Framework (WAF) principles, using tools such as Azure Migrate or Dr. Migrate to deliver a detailed assessment report and execute defined project milestones, including:
- Identifying at least one application and defining business requirements for innovation using Azure application, data, agent, and AI services

Through guided discovery and hands‑on analysis, HBS helps better understand current security posture, validate the value of advanced threat protection, and define next steps toward strengthening their security strategy.

Modern SecOps Envisioning Workshop
Clients will evaluate and build intent to adopt Microsoft Sentinel and the Unified SecOps Platform. This engagement focuses on aligning security goals with modern, cloud‑native security capabilities. As part of the engagement, HBS works with clients to identify key security objectives and translate them into scoped, actionable modules. HBS then demonstrates the capabilities of Microsoft’s security platform—including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, and Microsoft Entra ID—highlighting integrations, features, and real‑world use cases. The engagement concludes with clear recommendations and next steps to guide the client’s security modernization journey.

Clients will evaluate valuate and expand their use of Microsoft Defender for Cloud. This engagement is delivered in the client’s production environment and focuses on how to detect threats, understand security posture, and identify risks and improvement opportunities. The workshop concludes with clear, actionable next steps aligned to the customer’s security and business goals.

Data Security Envisioning Workshop
Clients will evaluate and build intent to adopt Microsoft Purview solutions. By analyzing real, data‑driven security and regulatory risks within the client’s own environment and combining those insights with collaborative workshop sessions, this engagement demonstrates how data security risks can be identified, remediated, and prevented. The workshop helps customers understand how Microsoft Purview (E5 Compliance) technologies can be used to strengthen data protection, support compliance requirements, and reduce overall data security risk.

Frontier Accelerate: Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Migration
Clients will receive expert guidance to migrate a customer’s Windows desktops and apps to Azure Virtual Desktop. This engagement includes a secure Azure setup using Microsoft Defender for Cloud (or an equivalent third‑party security solution), Azure networking security controls (such as network security groups, secure virtual network configurations, Azure Front Door with Web Application Firewall policies, Azure Bastion, and DDoS protection), and Azure Firewall Premium with configured Firewall Manager policies and alerts. As part of the engagement, HBS delivers defined project milestones, including:

Azure CloudPulse IQ Assessment
Clients will receive a Microsoft-driven internal analysis of your Azure data to understand what’s working and where adjustments should be made. The analysis uses insights into your utilization of Azure products and services to identify key signals to understand the intricacies of your environment. Together, and with Microsoft, we will review your Azure activity using Microsoft indicators and market benchmarks. From there, you will receive clear, data-informed recommendations, tailored to your goals, requirements, and priorities.

As part of the engagement, HBS may conduct a needs analysis, assess the current environment, develop a strategic roadmap for AI transformation, design a solution blueprint, build a business case, and deliver a proof of concept to demonstrate value in real‑world scenarios.
