HBS Achieves Analytics on Microsoft Azure Specialization
Heartland Business Systems (HBS), a Microsoft Solutions Partner, today announced it has achieved the Analytics on Microsoft Azure Specialization from Microsoft. The specialization recognizes the HBS team’s proven expertise in planning, building, and delivering tailored analytics solutions on the Azure platform, and represents the 17th Microsoft advanced specialization earned by HBS.
To earn the specialization, partners must meet a rigorous set of Microsoft requirements, including an active Solutions Partner for Data & AI (Azure) designation, demonstrated Azure Consumed Revenue from qualifying analytics workloads, a defined bench of Microsoft-certified analytics professionals, and validation through an independent third-party audit of real-world client deployments.
Deep Expertise Across the Microsoft Analytics Stack
With the Analytics on Microsoft Azure Specialization, HBS has proven it has the capability to design and deliver modern data platforms that help organizations turn raw data into decision-ready insight. The HBS team supports clients with:
- Data platform modernization using Azure Synapse Analytics and Microsoft Fabric
- Scalable data storage and governance with Azure Data Lake
- Automated data ingestion and pipeline orchestration with Azure Data Factory
- Advanced analytics and big-data processing with Azure Databricks
- Business intelligence and reporting powered by Power BI
What This Means for HBS Clients
This specialization gives HBS clients added confidence that its team has the people, processes, and validated methodology to take on complex analytics projects—from initial data strategy through implementation and adoption. It also strengthens HBS’s ability to bring Microsoft co-investment, including funding for proofs of concept and analytics implementation support, to qualifying client engagements.
Continued Investment in Microsoft’s Data & AI Platform
The Analytics on Microsoft Azure Specialization builds on the growing portfolio of HBS’s Microsoft advanced specializations, including the recently announced Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialization, and reflects the company’s continued investment in helping clients modernize their data estates and prepare for AI-driven decision-making on Microsoft’s platform.
