Drew Poggemann, Director of Microsoft Solutions at Heartland Business Systems, has earned his Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) Facilitator Certification.  Microsoft’s CIE allows certified partners, like HBS, to provide a hands-on introduction to Microsoft’s suite of products using real-world, everyday business situations to customers and prospects.

A traditional CIE session is an in-person event for 10-11 individuals using Microsoft-supplied devices (e.g. Microsoft Surface Book, Microsoft Surface Pro 4, iPad Air), each configured with its own persona from a pre-populated Office 365 environment.  A true-to-life user experience, the CIE Facilitator takes customers and prospects through everyday business situations.
