HBS Iowa Named a 2024 Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register

DES MOINES, Iowa – The Des Moines Register has recognized the HBS Iowa office as a 2024 Top Workplace, based on an independent survey of team members. This award reflects the continued commitment by HBS to build a culture that empowers team members and foster an environment where employees feel supported, engaged, and appreciated. 

The Top Workplace award is based on feedback from an anonymous employee engagement survey conducted by a third-party research firm. Of the thousands of Iowa companies invited to participate, HBS is one of just 129 across the state to earn the Top Workplace honor. We are proud to be one of the best places to work, not only in Des Moines, but in the state of Iowa. 

Key areas where the Iowa branch stood out include:

• Top 5% for employee appreciation 

• Top 5% for supportive managers 

• Top 25% for meaningful work 

• Top 25% for company direction 

This is the second time this year that HBS has been recognized as a Top Workplace. In April, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel announced their awards for the Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin region, with the HBS Pewaukee branch garnering the honor.
