Microsoft Power BI and Teams Phone Price Increases

Starting April 1, 2025, Microsoft is implementing significant price increases for Power BI and Teams Phone products. If you’re using these tools—or planning to—now is the time to evaluate your options.
These changes are part of a series of recent updates Microsoft has made regarding pricing and products. Microsoft recently introduced a monthly billing option for Copilot licenses, and also announced a 5% increase for CSP customers with annual subscriptions billed monthly.
Who Is Affected?
These changes will impact commercial customers exclusively. Organizations in the nonprofit, education, and government sectors will not be affected at this time. Any net new or renewing subscriptions after April 1, 2025 will be subjected to this price increase.
