Heartland Business Systems acquires the assets of Computer Solutions LTD., expanding service offerings in Eastern Iowa

We are excited to announce that on December 31, 2018, Heartland Business Systems, LLC (“Heartland” or “HBS”) entered into an agreement to acquire certain assets of Computer Solutions, Ltd. (“Computer Solutions”), a regional leader in IT solutions. The addition of Computer Solutions and its service offerings aligns with Heartland’s vision of accelerating innovation that enables digital enterprise across the Mid-West.

This acquisition will benefit Heartland by expanding our existing voice and collaboration, Microsoft systems, and SMB services practices, and establish a base in Eastern Iowa which will fill in the geographic gap between Heartland’s Madison, Lisle and Des Moines offices. In addition, joining Heartland will allow Computer Solutions to offer an expanded catalogue of products and services to their existing customers.
 
Since 1986, Computer Solutions Ltd. has been providing multi-vendor computer products and services throughout Central and Eastern Iowa. Computer Solutions has built and maintained a significant market share of Hybrid Infrastructure and Voice Collaboration with a focus on Small to Medium Businesses, Industrial, Medical, and K-20 Education organizations.
