Heartland Business Systems acquires the assets of Neal & Associates Business Consultants, expanding Microsoft services capacity

We are excited to announce that on November 12, 2021, Heartland Business Systems, LLC (“Heartland” or “HBS”) entered into an agreement to acquire certain assets of Neal & Associates Business Consultants, Inc. (“NEALABC”), a Phoenix, AZ based leader in Microsoft business solutions. The addition of NEALABC and its service offerings aligns with Heartland’s vision of accelerating innovation that enables digital enterprise and further drives growth across the US.

This acquisition will benefit Heartland by growing our existing Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Productivity services practices, and materially deepen our developer base in these areas. In addition, joining Heartland will allow NEALABC to offer an expanded catalogue of products and services to their existing customers.

Since 2003, NEALABC has been providing Customer Relationship Management consulting in Arizona and nationally. Andy Neal and the team have built and maintained a significant market share of Microsoft CRM with a focus on Small to Medium Businesses, and Mid-Market Enterprise organizations.
