Heartland Business Systems acquires assets of The NetGuys, expanding service capacity in Minnesota
We are excited to announce that on June 25, 2021, Heartland Business Systems, LLC (HBS) entered into an agreement to acquire certain assets of The NetGuys, a regional leader in Cisco IT solutions. The addition of The NetGuys and its service offerings aligns with Heartland’s vision of accelerating innovation that enables digital enterprise expansion in Minnesota.
This acquisition will benefit Heartland by growing our existing voice, collaboration, and networking services practices, and materially expand our base in Minneapolis. In addition, joining Heartland will allow The NetGuys to offer an expanded catalogue of products and services to their existing customers.
Since 2012, The NetGuys has been providing multi-vendor computer products and services throughout the Twin Cities and beyond. Dave Lilligren and the team have built and maintained a significant market share of Voice Collaboration with a focus on small to medium businesses, mid-market enterprise, and K-20 education organizations.
