Cisco recently announced that Heartland Business Systems has achieved Customer Satisfaction Excellence, which is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.
HBS will be recognized for Customer Satisfaction Excellence in the Cisco Partner Locator with a special star indicator representing their achievement.
To be recognized, HBS accomplished above and beyond standards put forth by Cisco for receiving excellence in our customer satisfaction surveys gathered through the Cisco Partner Access Online tool. These results must meet strict guidelines for responses and Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence for the specified target region.
